The Modbury Community

Modbury has an active and friendly community that firmly envelopes the town. Modbury high street positively thrives and is home to a carefully curated collection of independent shops, eateries and cafés.

Every year, the whole town comes together to celebrate Modbury May Fair, which features a week-long event schedule of stalls, performances and entertainments. Two large local supermarkets and a minor injuries hospital can be found in the nearby town of Kingsbridge.
